Martial Arts Curriculum
Our Summer camps curriculum integrates the core principles of Lee Brothers Martial Arts with specially designed activities:
-
Technical Training: Campers reinforce basic stances, striking techniques, and poomsae (forms) in a dynamic, age-appropriate format. Instructors provide personalized feedback to accelerate skill development.
-
Self-Defense Skills: Hands-on drills teach situational awareness, verbal de-escalation, and practical self-defense techniques that build confidence.
-
Fitness & Agility: Obstacle courses, relay races, and partner drills develop speed, coordination, and cardiovascular endurance. These exercises double as conditioning for martial arts.
-
Character Education: Emphasis on respect, perseverance, integrity, self-control, and indomitable spirit. Each day begins with a “Character Spotlight” where campers share real-life examples of these values.
-
Leadership Development: In Leadership Camp, older campers assist instructors in mentoring younger participants, plan team challenges, and refine public speaking skills through group presentations.
